Inscale digital force measurement gauges are state of the art, instruments capable of the highly accurate measurements required in quality testing to determine the strength or functionality of a part or product.

Inscale Digital Force Gauge measurement gauges check both compression and tension (push or pull). Standard and special attachments simply screw on to the threaded shafts to provide various ways to grip or test samples.

Inscale digital force measurement gauges also output data for collection by data acquisition software in RS232 and analog formats.

Inscale low capacity digital force gauges measure ranges up to 500NF and our force gauge with remote loadcell measures up to 1MNF (1 million Newtons Force)

FT Digital Force Gauge

The FT Digital Force Gauge with Large LCD backlit display is supplied complete with rechargeable batteries, attachments and hard carry case.

Features include Peak hold, selectable units (N, kgf & lbs), overload protection at 150% of capacity and RS232 digital output for connection to a PC. Optional Windows software available.

These Digital Force Gauge units can be mounted on both mechanical and electric test stands for all of your force testing applications.

Simple Push / Pull Measurement

FK series of digital force gauges have been designed to be easy to use, the case is ergonomically engineered to be comfortable for manual use, but easily used on test stands both mechanical and motorized. Ideal for simple push or pull applications.

The FK series gauges have a sampling rate of 1000Hz and an accuracy of 0.5% of the capacity of the gauge coupled with an overload protection of 200% of full scale. Battery powered with auto power off function to conserve battery life adds to the practical use of this device. The large clear LCD display is reverseable to maake reading the results easy.

The FK Force Gauge is an ideal tool for compression or tension applications in any quality or test departments.
